Strategic Planning for the Future
Penn’s priorities are articulated by our strategic framework, In Principle and Practice. The University’s action plan to fulfill these priorities is being shaped through a strategic planning initiative launched in fall 2025, called Penn Forward. Through Penn Forward, we are pursuing continuous improvement in how we approach education, research, access, global engagement, and University operations.
Combating Antisemitism and Building Community

Office of Religious and Ethnic Interests (Title VI)
In September 2024, Penn introduced the Office of Religious and Ethnic Interests (Title VI), the first of its kind nationally. Focusing on education, investigation, and conflict resolution, OREI is designed to create a safe and respectful environment on campus and protect community members from harassment or discrimination.
